Adobe has released Photoshop Express for Windows 8 and RT. Windows 8 users can apply filters, sync photos and make basic edits via the “modern UI”. While lacking the full suite of edits available in Photoshop, the Express version in essence allow you to utilize your Surface as a mobile photo workshop without any additional cost.
